I see Adam is recognising some songs. Old parents with a good CD collection helps.

I like Don Henley. I'm going to give The Boys of Summer a listen. You've... not heard Boys of Summer before? ... ... I do not know how to respond.

Old parents with a good CD collection helps. Yeah, I see what you mean. I'm quite lucky, as I've got parents who are far apart in age, and so there's a range of music from the 1950s-1990s at my house. My Dad is 58 (59 in October) and my Mum turned 45 in September. So there's always been quite a wide range of music in our house. Oh, and by the way, I love Elmo's cute, squeaky voice. It was fun to see Robert De Niro turning into a dog and a cabbage. You've... not heard Boys of Summer before? ... ... I do not know how to respond. I'm sorry. But I'll have heard it as soon as I download it, which should be in approximately, thirty minutes from now. I do like The Eagles - I think my favourite song of theirs is One of These Nights. I really like Hotel California too - wasn't that rumoured to be about a mental hospital? Andy Gibb was quite influenced by The Eagles sound when he was recording his first album in 1977. Apart from the two singles that his oldest brother Barry wrote for him, he wrote the rest of the songs on his first album himself and, according to people who have heard of, many of the songs have a country/rock flavour. Unfortunately, I've never heard this album myself, as he was never really popular in Britain - which is a shame, as I really like his brothers, and I'd like to hear some of his music too.
