But Sarah may not have been working with Aveneir at all. And she probably knew about Josie but not Victor.

May not, but is a very good possibility. She obviously has some kind of "contact" in the future(or with someone with the ability to time travel) and this makes Avenir the perfect choice. Never the less(is this just one word or three words separately?) it could also be the Janitor ore Josie2 (most probably the last since both wear the same outfit) but I really doubt this.

Now admittedly the computer on Vics desk in Inquiry is a bit of a melange of an IBM 5100 keyboard and a Xerox Alto display but in the circumstances - meaning given Vic's budding genius building computers - highly forgiveable. that keyboard was from an IBM 5150, which wasn't released until 1981 (). the 5100, 5110, and 5120 didn't have separate extentional keyboards, all components were attached, non-removable. the keyboard was out of it's date, and the monitor was way too large for the time period, monitors then were small. *plus all first generation computers had either green or orange screens/monitors, just thought I'd add this bit of info.*Assume the events in "Inquiry" occur later in the school year after the events in "Fate" where Vic and Sarah successfully first 'meet'. the events in Fate and Inquiry occur on the same day: April 11, 1977. which just happened to be on a Monday just like this year. ;D[glow=blue,9,999] Yeah, but the wormhole in Hologram looks like a wormhole. The 1 in Inquiry looks more like a bunch of ripples in the sky.[/glow] That was definitely a sky wormhole at the end of Inquiry, which I fully described in a previous post. the ending entity was large and black with 'stars', which is a wormhole. a sky wormhole as opposed to the regular floor wormhole, they're two separate types of wormholes. the Inquiry sky wormhole is most likely created by the same ones who created the Hologram sky wormhole.Who was Sarah referring to when she said "we knew you would take it from her"? 'her' was Josie. and 'we' is whoever told Sarah about the floating ball and the events to occur, possibly Avenir.Mistake: Despite the school being condemed in 1987, the school sign still says Black Hole High. How can that happen if the Science Club wasnt there to write it? and that's one of the reasons I said Josie was put there to keep her out of trouble. and the major thing about that is that the school was condemned in 1987, the wormhole supposedly wasn't created until 1987 therefore it couldn't have been 'nicknamed' black hole high since there was no black hole/wormhole. but there might have been a science club since there was one in 1977, with Victor being the "first member/originator" seemed to be from what he said in Fate.

Remember, Josie was all "When did you get hair?" to Victor and adds that his son is missing. Victor replies that he doesn't have a son or a wife. I really don't remember any of that! And I usually have a very good memory for such things. Will most definately have to re-watch, if I do have that one on tape! But we're getting off-topic here. Sorry.

It kind of looked like the wormhole in the floor in the episode Inquiry just after they were talking about Mad Cap Rogue Scientists & then the hole opens & Josie is sucked in & they're all trying to pull her out & they lose their grip on her.[/glow]

Z and his scientific inquiry...*nods* they did work inquiry into the episode.

Who was Sarah reffering to when she said "we knew you would take it from her"? "Her" it's obvously Josie, and "We" probably refers to herself and Aven ir. So really, Victor's destiny/purpose is more important than Josie's. Or at least, he has more to do. Josie is simply to bring him the ball; Vic takes it from there.
Then again, if Josie doesn't bring him the ball, none of this happens. A "chicken or the egg" scenario, I guess.
Victor: "You could cause enormous suffering to everyone you care about!" I wonder if Josie has caused more damage than we know about yet.

I can see why we have 13 pages of responses! The more I think about this episode, the more questions it raises. Such as:
Josie: He told you. Victor: Yes. At the end of the day, Vaughn is and always will be my son.
Makes me wonder what else Vaughn has told Victor. (Although at this point, I think telling Vic what has been going on is a good thing).

Hey guys! Simpler here. Wow, Haven't been here for sooo long! I'm soooo out of the loop with this show! I only got to watch the last few episodes (or atleast I think they were the last few episode) of bhh. I feel so very lost which is quite sad because I used to be on this board almost everyday last year! Anyways, I kinda have a few questions to ask regarding bhh. I would try to catch up by reading all the threads and spoilers but I'll die of old age by then (heh). Okay, I saw the season finale (atleast i'm assuming this was the last episode..?) a month or two ago and the ending just made my jaw drop! All I could say at the time was "What the heck?". - Will there be another season? I went to tvtome.com and it said that it's on haitus...so are they going to film more eps? Or has the show ended? - Is vaughn's mom the bad guy here? - Did they ever explain why Josie's and Vaughn's dna marker was the same? - Also, the whole josie clone and janitor thing? I really don't get their concept on the show...? Oh, so many questions running through my mind...I really hope that they will do another season. I hate it when season finales end like this!
Okay well, I'm really glad that the board is doing so well after so long! The members have grown exponentially! I still remember when I was maybe...the 50th member on this board!
Bye guys.

Nice to see you posting again, Simpler Oh, I miss some of the old crowd ;_; For the Vaughn't mum thing I'd say it isn't entirely clear-cut. What is more deffinite is that she was the driving force of Pearadyne, not Victor. - and to clarify, in Chirality we discover that the DNA marker Josie and Vaughn share is that their DNA twists to the left (everybody's DNA is supposed to twist to the right).

I'm gunna add my thoughts to this thread soon, as I have JUST seen the episode. Just wanted to let people know I have a copy of the SECOND ending on my computer if anyone wants it. It'll have to be through MSN, although I could TRY sending through E-mail. It's only 4mb, and is 1:19 and is .WMV.
