Unfortunately for you, almost no guy can quote Red Dwarf or enjoys Shakespeare. Even me, the epitome of interesting, only likes politics and science off your list. So good luck finding a Mirror Vaughn, they dont really exist. no offence hun but i disagree i think that there is many of people like that but they are hard to find as they dont express themselves as much so you dont take much of an interest in them!!

Well loads of my friends can quote Red Dwarf. it's a comedy classic, it reallly is! Nothing can bring tears of mirth quite like reminising about the Wilma Flintstone conversation, Lister teaching Kryten how to lie (It's an oorrr... it's an orrr... it's a.. a... small off duty checoslovakian traffic warden!") and insult Rimmer ("You're a smeeeeee heeeeeeeei!" ) or the shrinking boxer shorts scene. Maybe not many American guys can, but it is a British show and so many of the people in my generation grew up watching it. It's the same with Blackadder - you can tell what kind of person somebody is by whether they call Rowan Atkinson Blackadder or Mr Bean All you have to do is quote it in their earshot and they're off. You can be there for hours doing Rimmer impressions!

LOL!!! My absolute favorite RD scene is when they "rescue" the crashed ship with the women officers, only to find them long dead. "I don't know if this is the right time to say this, but my mate Ace here is incredibly incredibly brave" is my favorite RD line, period. Followed very closely by
Rimmer:"They're dead!" Kryten:"Dead?...I was only away for 5 minutes!" and
Lister:"You've lost me arm!" Rimmer: "I've lost your watch, too!"
Unfortunately, I haven't got my husband into RD yet. I just count my lucky stars that I've convinced him to watch BHH with me. I also feel lucky that, while he is athletic (a runner, and a pretty good softball and basketball player), he has other interests as well. He loves to read classics and watch the History Channel and Animal Planet. He can tell you any fact about any animal, and a lot of history facts. But I'm gushing.
I think that is what you need in a guy; a mix of athleticism and intelligence. I like a guy that is at least somewhat active and likes to be outdoors, but who is also intelligent and likes to read and learn and stuff. I don't think I would like Mirror Vaughn or regular Vaughn much because they don't seem to have balance; they are just one extreme or the other (smartly bringing the conversation around and back on-topic) ;D

On secont thought, try checking your school's drama club. It's your best chance. That's exactly what I was gonna say,but you've said it. I've also had both Vaughn and Mirror Vaughn type boyfriends. The Vaughm type guys are EVERYWHERE:at rugby games, water polo games, athletics, etc. They're recognised as the 'achievers' at my school. The Mirror Vaugh type guys are a little harder to find, even though I do act a lot. I seem to find them mainly through drama. So you're the epitome of interesting, huh? Interesting..... So Mac, are you a regular vaughn or mirror vaugh type? (My reply to Poppenflip-cuz I dunno how to do two 'quotes' in one reply )Oh,and Mirror Vaughn is at the school becuase he's creative. He seemed to be a literature student.

Blake Holsey School for Performing Arts seemed to encompass all that artsy stuff. Mirror Vaughn probably acted as a screenwriter, which you can probably get into BHSFPA under. After all, Mirror Lucas was a director as well. Hmm, a Vaughn type or a Mirror Vaugh type? Vaughn is active but kinda mentally slow, Mirror Vaughn was a quiet genius writer kid. Me, I'm neither. If you're looking for me on a schoolday afternoon, you problably wont find me on the football field or backstage. You'd probably find me watching tv or curled up in bed napping.

she wouldnt like him. no chemistry. she doesnt like lucas cuz he's a lapdog. although vaughn is a lapdog to his dad. he's more complicated than at first glance. Yes, i realize that your post was old, but i just read it and i totally agree with the lapdog Lucas thing. A girl doesn't want a lapdog. . . atleast in my case I don't.

how can he be way hotter if they're the same person? I agree... I can understand if you're talking about their personality, but that's question is...well, it doesn't make any sense.
