I can imagine him saying "fee, fi, fo, fum" is a very unemotional, detatched voice.

In this show, coming from the wormhole isn't far fetched at all, I wouldn't be too surprised if it were so. I never twigged about the photo until just now but now you mention it, he hadn't changed at all. Very suspect if you ask me. He definitely knows more than he's letting on but I doubt he knows quite everything, it's clear that he's doing some covert investigating. But who for? That is the question. Is it for some unseen power? A good power or a bad power? Is he doing it on his own initiative? Is it for Pearadyne? (probably not but you never know...) I think it's likely that he's some kind of hero or force for good but not the sort that makes that obvious.

He's probably either: *Out for revenge on Victor Pearson and helps the kids get closer to 'expose' him or something? *maybe he got fired from Pearadyne and Victor doesn't remember him and he's (again) out for revenge? *just there helping the s.c. solve the mysteries *maybe he's the one causing the strange things happening *just a nice man trying to make his way in the world by trying to do good. heeh...riiiiiiight. i guess we'll have to see. what does the rest of you think?

mmmm..he sure is a hot topic!! ;D oops, got carried away. but anyway, I think he has ties to that mysterious woman who talked to Josie in the 1st episode. They're probably working together or something. too bad they're not the ones kissin'..heheheheheheheh!!!!!!!!!!

I guess i'm a little crazy but that's ok, right? yah, i know about the picture. wouldn't he have aged though? and he was wearing the same janitor's clothing in that pic as he is today. i dont really think Pearadyne would have him wear grey or whatever. LaurenM Maybe he was the janitor at Peardyne labs, and because he 'knew too much' when he left for whatever reason, he was forced to work at the school, y'know cos the principal and victor are 'in league'.

I think he goes back and forth between the present at the school and the past at Pearadyne..before it blew up. For some reason or whatever. I think he has a grudge against Victor..by the way he looked at him on "Lost"..when he went into Durst's office to get the trash..he gave him a strange look...and Victor gave him a look back. I think he could have quit probably b/c he didn't like Victor. I think he wants him to suffer. Like revenge or something. But I still think he's the good guy. And I can tell that he doesn't like his job that much. He'd rather help the kids solve mysteries than mop the floors. heeheh.
and yah, i think he's human too. he acts like my ex. my ex always showed no emotion and always was bored and in a bad mood...and then he was nice and stuff...just like our dear ol' "Janitor"
I think Tony's doing a good job playing him. A bigger role than the Rat on Jett Jackson. More episodes, I mean. He was on 11 episodes and the movie when he was on Jett Jackson. He's was in most of the 1st season on this show so I'm sure he'll be in like half on season 2.. i hope.

Yes, whenever my mum watches it she always goes "Oooh, he's weird he is." *sigh* Mothers. He's a brilliant character though, everytime you see him you start itching to know more about him, that's the power of a mystery. What I found really strange was in Culture he said 'She's coming' about the cloned Josie. That means that, for some reason I don't yet understand, that is a really important episode. maybe they'll do some follow-up at some time? I wonder where it was he sent her, anyway?

he acted like he was on something in Culture. Part of me thinks he's not human but on this show, anything can happen. I like tony b/c he has the mysterious-ness about him. and i love his facial expressions..funny! heeh.

Yes the 'not entirely human' thought occured to me too, there is something about him that is 'not of this world' but what can we expect from a bloke who's constantly shooting through wormholes?
