Well both make sense really. Both Victor and the Janitor have something to do with the black hole. But I must admit, it will make more sense the way you said it tommy.

YAH!! they're not giving him much attention as far as advertisements, pictures, commercials, ect. is concerned. p***es me off. Despite an important role, he's a minor character. He's in the same boat as Durst and to a lesser degree Victor. In fact, unlike the aformentioned characters, he doesnt appear in every episode, and when he does, its very brief. They might as well put Kubiac, Tylor, and Madison in the opening credits too.

Maybe they don't want to put too much emphasis on his importance so his spooky mysteriousness is more spooky and mysterious?

that could be true, HS.
"Despite an important role, he's a minor character. He's in the same boat as Durst and to a lesser degree Victor. he may be a minor character (he sure isn't a guest star..in other tv shows he was..except Jett Jackson, he was the main villain), but he's one of the more important aspects of the show. Durst and Victor have their name in the credits, he doesn't. he's just as an important character as those 2. but more important than Durst, less important than Victor. but as far as Kubiac, Tyler, and Madison are concerned, he was in more episodes than all of them combined...so what? that not that important to the soul storyline (Paradyne)
anyway, it could be that Tony doesn't want to have his name in lights...possibly. since he's sort of reserved. i wouldn't want him to desire fame. just a tincy bit recognition for the things he does good..like this show

they dont do credits based on the content of the show. they do it based on the actors and how much they do. tony does relatively little on that show, so he's only credited when he appears (and even then, sometimes he's not), while the other 3 arent credited at all.

Maybe it's because the janitor's mysterious and yeah...don't worry. I'm pretty sure he'll get opening credits in season 3. Just patience, everyone.

I never thought about that. I'm sure he would want credit, but your theory says not a lot of it. So the best place for that would be at the end with the guest stars, since he is not a member of the crew. Something like that must be requestable.

The janitor has a really important role, even if he doesn't appear much. He knows all about the black hole and possibly even know the future.

He knows all about the black hole and possibly even know the future. the credits are not based on what a character does and how important they are. its based on how much screen time the actor has, and tony has very little. thus, he's only credited when he actually shows up.
