Is the song in "Who" a real song and what is it called? I played back the tape with Closed Captioning on. I never thought it would work, but I've most of the lyrics! The new lyrics I've been able to work out are in italics: "Call out the heart... Is it all a lark?... [then the kids are talking and I can't hear what he's singing] ...But tired when everything is wrong, and tired when you're feeling strong. But it's been too long, It's been far to looo-nngggg..." [Then Principal D. cuts him off] So, everyone do a search and try to find the song! LOL P.S. it's NOT a song called "A Shoulder to Cry On". EDIT: Still no luck...

Well done, joe *claps*. I'm searching. I haven't found anything yet but I'm searching *fingers crossed*
No luck. It's either a song made up for the show or something really obscure.

I've wondered if it's real myself. I love that thing how one by one, the characters say something beginning with "I can't believe..."

I love that thing how one by one, the characters say something beginning with "I can't believe..." Lucas: I can't believe he plays guitar! Vaughan: I can't believe how many girls dig guitar players! Josie: I can't believe how good he is! Principal Durst: I can't believe you're not in class! Corrinne: I can't believe how much trouble I'm gonna be in! (That was the first episode I taped on my BHH Exclusive tape, so I wore that episode out..LOL) P.S. I think the first line is "Call out the hark, is it all a lark" but I could be wrong because it doesn't make much sense.

must put the captions on the tv when it comes up......... That's an awesome idea... only you'll have to wait until it's re-run... I wonder if my VCR would tape the captions with it... hmmm.. ;D Although they could just release a DVD and I could turn on the subtitles! That would save me alot of trouble... HINT HINT, DISCOVERY KIDS!!!!!

I always have captions on my tv (don't ask..its just one of my many wierd habits). Anyways, if you're watching a tape, just turn on caption on your tv. Discovery Kids doesn't have captioning on BHH, but NBC does. NBC also makes a ton of mistakes in captioning during BHH.

really? That's odd. I don't use captions, but that is a way to find out what he was saying! hehe

Sometimes they have to shorten what is being said because it is too much to read in a short space of time. Hopefully it will show the words to the song and not just something like '(singing)'!

It's such a pity he forgot how to play when he got his memory back, he was good! Plus it was extrememly entertaining. Maybe he'll remember some time. Or maybe he was only pretending to forget so he could escape the fangirls! I've had an idea on how to find out what the song is. In the closing credits of that episode, record them, play them slow and scan carefully. They should have a credit for the song and who wrote it. For some reason Fox Kids don't do closing credits (so unfair to the hardworking assistants and tea-ladies without whom the show could not go on) so I can't do it myself but the suggestion is there.

the only thing I can play is the recorder . For those who don't know what it is, it isn't something you record sounds into and play them back. It's like of like a flute (i've forgotten what a flute looks like )

Maybe (as we seem to be OT bound on this) we should take this discussion to the General Board? I'll try searching for the lyrics again, but I'm not getting my hopes up this time.
