After seening inqury a question came to me. Did sarah really love victor or did she just use him to get to the qui ball? Think about she was all 'wow you are the one' all while starring at the ball like she wanted it and only it. Oh and she did say 'it was said that you would take it from her and bring it to me" Well tell me your thoughts.

Hmm... I wanna say no just so it can be so contraversial and stuff... but i dunno. It would be very interesting if she was... gah, ya she did... yep! She's evil - and she's trained Corrine to be the same way... I loves it

I don't think it's possible to know for sure unless it's in Conclusions. I can't say I really have much of a clue... it would be nice to say 'yes, of course she did' just because I like the character of Victor and it would be very sad if she'd never loved him at all. I guess she did seem quite frinedly to him when he returned her clip, before she knew he had the ball, but that may have been gratitude. And the 'we have all the time in the world' comment didn't seem too clipped and unfriendly - at least she didn't seem horrified at the idea of working with him. I suppose that if she didn't like him at all, there would be no real reason for her to marry him - they could have just gone into business. So I reckon she was at least fond enough of him to marry him... and at least attracted to him enough to produce Vaughn. But then she could have been hedging her bets - making sure that she'd have some legal right to the ball or something if arguments cropped up... It's hard to tell. Lol, I like Kaytee's idea: Sarah is actually a cold hearted, hard-headed woman who's main purpose in life is to dominate and pass on her ice-queen powers to the next generation in the form of... dun dun dun! Corrine! (or is that Borrine...? MirrorCard)

well what if she only married victor to get the ball (i highly doubt that he would just give it to one of his business partners) and then so it wouldn't look suspicious she did the deed with him and accedentialy ended up pregnant with vaughn (in other words she didn't reaal want him). As TheKat said she's evil. And if she love victor and vaughn so much why was she so egared to leave them. Yeah think about it.

That's a great question, and one I've thought about before. It would be sad if she was just using him all along, when we know how he felt about her. But it does seem that she knew in advance about the qui ball, and that he was supposed to bring it to her. I'll say that she knew he was going to bring her the ball, and that they would be working together, but she didn't plan on falling in love with him. That sounds all squishy and romantic and stuff.

If she had Vaughn by accident, that would suck for Vaughn considering she says she loves him in Hologram. It would make for good Sarah angst. She didnt mean to have Vaughn, she tried to convince herself she didnt love him, but she couldnt resist loving her son. That'd be great plot stuff, if a bit cliche.

You mean that she loved him but wasn't in love with him. I guess thats a possiablity due to the fact that she could be sick and twisted.

Expanding on what I've already said: It makes you wonder though... if Sarah wasn't at all attracted to Victor in that way, then did she 'lie back and think of england Pearadyne' or was Vaughn the product of IVF or something? So I prefer to think that Sarah did love Victor enough to conceive Vaughn. And afterall, in Josie's flashback in Nocturnal, even though Sarah was pretty much saying goodbye to Vaughn, she did seem quite warm towards both Vaughn and Victor - she probably didn't really expect an infant to remember what she said or did and there was no sign of her flinching at contact with Victor. No 'ick' factor.

To me it seemed like they probably did love each other. (It's still really possible that there's a lot missing that could be brought up in Conclusions, otherwise...I don't think there's any real way of knowing. I hate to say it but perhaps this would be a good question for Jim in Creator's Corner? I'm guessing it hasn't been asked yet.) They did have Vaughn, and in Nocturnal they look pretty happy during the memory that Josie sees/has of Sarah and Victor talking to baby Vaughn. (There also wasn't a flinching factor as Hail said.)
