I have a friend who knows her and she will be 17 sometime in April. All the cast is either 16 or 17, Noah Reid/Marshall is the youngest.

strange. she cannot be turning 17 next April if she was born in 1988. she'd have to be born in 1987. I don't think i mixed up my math anywhere on that

this is from: www.angelfire.com/extreme3/monathevampire/mona.html . It's not the original site I got it from but it is copied from the original site. The site where I got it doesn't seem to exist anymore..... perhaps it's just an error. "Emma Taylor-Isherwood was born on 1988 and her sister Sally on 1991. Canadian actress EMMA ISHERWOOD, began her professional career at the age of nine with a principal voice role in the Lacewood Productions animated special, Teddy Bears Rescue. A public service announcement for Canada Post cast Emma in the role of a hip-hopping elf that led to a small on-camera role in the feature film, Shadow of the Bear. Voice acting for animation has always been a strong point with Isherwood as evidenced in her casting for the title voices of Miffy and Mona the Vampire, both for CINAR. She provides one of the lead voices in a new project for CINAR entitled Upstairs, Downstairs Bears and is featured in the animation pilot, Alfred Hedgehog for Lacewood Productions. For the latter, Isherwood dons an Australian accent in the role of Wilhemina Wombat. Isherwood's on-camera work includes working with her younger sister Sally as sisters, Hilda and Lucy in the Bernie Zukerman miniseries, Revenge of the Land. Later she garnered the principal role of Elsie Cassat for the television special, Mary Cassat: An American Impressionist, produced by Devine Entertainment (of award-winning Beethoven Lives Upstairs). The Isherwood sisters reprised their sister roles as lead characters Heidi and Amy in a new feature film by CINAR entitled Who Gets the House? Following this, Isherwood shot a guest lead for an episode of the all-new Are You Afraid of the Dark? for Nickelodeon, and the lead role in the PBS pilot Kids Discover the World."

She voices Mona the Vampire?! I used to watch that! (it used to be on CBBC) Finally, something one of the actors has been in that I've actually heard of!

It's the little curls that surprised me. They're so old fashioned, that pic must be from something set quite a while ago.
