Title: Twins
Summary: When Jody and Joseph, twins from a Blake Holsey twenty-six years in the future, come through the wormhole, will the science club be able to get the two back to the year 2032 before anyone notices the resemblances between two of the science club members and the two new students at Blake Holsey--and before Lucas falls in love with Jody?
Warnings/rating: PG-13 for possible language
Pairings (if any)(optional): JV, possible CM, and possible JoL(Jody, not Josie)
Disclaimer: I do not own Strange Days at Blake Holsey High or any of its characters.
Author notes: This has to be the shortest first chapter that I have ever written. I promise the second chapter will be longer. Also, this is obviously an Alternate Reality fanfiction. Hopefully, everyone will still enjoy it. Also, this should take place somewhere in season three.

“You guys are so mature. Come on Vaughn, just give Josie back the book,” Corrine stated pleadingly.
“Not until she asks nicely,” he replied, and then turned to Josie, “not until you ask nicely.”
“I’ll be asking nicely when my foot connects with your--”
“Whoa, Josie. Calm down,” Marshall said. “Breathe in, breathe out. Now say this: Vaughn, may I please have my book back?”
Josie smiled sweetly, and then looked up at Vaughn, “Vaughn Jody Pearson, may I please have my book back?”
“I thought I told you not to use my middle name,” Vaughn said.
“I thought I told you not to take my stuff again!” Josie countered.
The two continued their argument with each other while Corrine and Marshall tried to break them up and Lucas pretended to play his video game, all the while glancing at the heated argument that was taking place.
Finally, Lucas had had enough and set his video game console down on the couch beside him. “Look Vaughn, Josie asked you nicely. Why don’t you just give it back?”
“I don’t think she asked nicely enough. She was being mean,” Vaughn said, giving Josie a playful pout before returning to his previous grin. “What do you think, Marshall?”
-----
“Where are we?” a tall blonde girl of about sixteen asked.
“It looks like the science office. Can you give me a hand here, Jody?” a boy who appeared to be close to the same age commented.
“Sorry Joseph,” the girl named Jody said, holding out her hand to help Joseph off of the floor. “And it’s pretty obvious that we’re in the science office. The only question is when. You know what happened last time…”
“Yeah, I know. Boy, Mom and Dad are going to be mad. I guess we won’t be having dinner with them tonight after all. Hey, maybe we could call them?” Joseph questioned.
“And yet again I am ashamed of sharing a womb with you for nine months. Honestly, Joey. You can be such an idiot sometimes. What exactly are we supposed to do? Call Mom and Dad up and say, ‘Oops, we accidentally went through the wormhole again. No, we’re fine, but if you can drive back in time to pick us up for dinner, that would be nice.’ Now, let’s go find out when exactly we are and then maybe we can figure out a way to get back.”
Joseph followed his sister out of the science office and into the hallway, only to stop short when they came face to face with Principal Durst.
-----
“Vaughn!” Josie growled, getting more and more annoyed by the minute.
“Okay, okay!” Vaughn said, holding his hands up in surrender and laughing. “You want your book? You can have it, but… if you want to play the name game; you have to be able to take what you dish out, Jose--”
“Finish that thought and you’re dead, Pearson!” Josie snarled.
“--Phine Pen--” he was unfortunately cut off by the five foot one inch tall Josie jumping on his back and beating him repeatedly in the head.
“Hey! Ow, Jos! Oooowww!” Vaughn laughed. “Jo-sie! Cut it out… this is seriously not funny anymore.”
The two were so wrapped up in their dispute that they did not notice when the amused looks on their friends’ faces turned to those of fear, when Principal Durst entered the room.
“I quite agree with Mr. Pearson, Miss Trent,” Principal Durst said, staring intensely at the two students.
“P-principal Durst!” Josie exclaimed, instantly letting go of Vaughn and falling straight to the ground. She quickly took the proffered hand held out by Vaughn and brushed the skirt of her uniform down, desperately trying to hide her blush. “Um, we were just playing a game, weren’t we Vaughn?”
“Yeah,” Vaughn said, trying to straighten out his shirt and hair all at once. “I mean… yes, we were just playing a game, Principal Durst.”
“Well, seeing as the two of you have nothing better to do than play games… maybe you could show around two new students who have just arrived?” Principal Durst asked.
The five members of the science club shared confused looks. It was April with two months left until summer vacation. There was no logical reason that they could think of for not one, but two students to start attending a boarding school just weeks before vacation. Principal Durst did not notice the exchange of looks and motioned for the two to enter the room.
A tall girl with long wavy blonde hair entered the room and was followed immediately by a boy that was a few inches shorter than she was with strawberry blonde hair. No one noticed the way Josie’s eyes narrowed at the girl, or the way Vaughn’s face took on one of confusion and then shock.
“Mr. Pearson, Ms. Trent, may I introduce Jody and Joseph Kelly.”
