Has anyoen ever gone to see any broadway shows??
I LOVE the movie RENT!! Recently on youtube i have been watching videos from the broadway shows, I know they no longer have the orginal cast but I REALLY would like to go see this but they aren't coming to my state and so far I have no plans to go to New York, but has anyone gone to see it? Or any other shows?
My dad wants to go see it to, I think my mom does, but it is like $95 per person....so.....it might be awhile till I see it.

I've seen Rent, Brigadoon, Carosel, Me and My Girl, Footloose, and Cats. Rent is really good on stage. They were all good except Carosel (bleh). Me and My Girl was probably my favorite.

I really like some of the Broadway songs - I believe Being Alive is one of them. I heard that one in a Taxi episode - an exhilirated Alex was belting it out.

I have never been able to see a musical on actual Broadway unfortunately. I have only been able to see the travel tours. ( i live in ottawa, and can only really see shows when they come to the NAC, i dont have the money or time to go to Toronto that often ). I have seen, Grease, Les Mis, Mamma Mia, Rent, and just a couple days ago, Wicked, and am hoping to seeing Hairspray in February, as well as Phantom Rent, Les Mis, and WIcked were all awesome. I reccommend Wicked to everybody . My sisters saw Hairspray, (loved it),Avenue Q,(loved it), Le Stat ( horrible), and I love you, i hate you, now kiss me , or somthing like that in New York last Spring.

OO wow. A few of u saw alot.
I have been to see Stars on Ice, 4 times, but don't think I'll be going next year.
I really want to see La Nouba (Cirque de Soeil (sp?), so I might see that.
But I really would love to see Rent, it seems like a really enjoyable show, long though, i read it is 2 hours and 40 minutes (wow!), but first thing first I have to go to New York, lol.
I would really like to see Hairspray and Wicked, but out of the 3, I'd want to see Rent first then Hairspray, then Wicked. I LOVE plays and musicals, they just have to be so darn expensive!!
