...is Jett Jackson: The Movie. now this is one of my fave Tony roles. as Maury/Rat. the thing that bothers me is that they made Maury into a poor little wimp. (well, typical cliche of white man scared of crazy black man who knows karate..runs away and wimpers) poor guy. i just wanted to hold him tell him it's ok. the funniest part, to me, was after Silverstone knocked him down, and when he leaves, he's got that lower-lip-quivering-i'm-gonna-cry look. i swear, he was about to cry. what a wussy. hehe. the looks on his face when Silverstone was about to go after him was: oh ****! *RUN!* (it's a shame Maury didn't fight back...since he's bigger than him an' all..but he probably would have if it wasn't a kids movie) anyway, the only good part of that was the comedic factor. but geez, why make him a wuss? just for comic relief? poor guy. it's a shame the Rat had only one tiny scene in the beginning. it was typical and expected. "here's your little doohicky for taking over the world, now give me my money" thing. i guess it's ok since Tony had 11/65 episodes in the spotlight as the Rat/Maury, probably was best that the less for the movie, the better. besides, it wasn't The Rat: The Movie. but that would have been great. heeh. i'm proud of him, nonetheless proud to be a fan of the best and most favorite villain on TFJJ. (sorry Lawrence, you were great, too..don't get mad )
