Sorry...I just don't see 'it'....Jeff's too sweet to be Bond.....Jeff could handle the gadgets.....but the Bond girls..nuh-uh.....
To be Bond....a guy must possess that certain quality that says 'I know I'm delicious....so do you....and you want some'.........Sean Connery had 'it'.....not so much the others..........Now I could see Tyler (Christopher Tai) as a Bond.....he has 'it'.....

Another quality that Bond must posess is British. Both Jeff Douglas and Christopher Tai are Canadian.
I dunno... he's a pretty good actor and is probably capable of playing many dfferent roles. I credit him with the ability to be pretty suave if the character called for it (don't type-cast the Jeffster! *snerk* jefster XD)

And that's the reason Bond always sounds so scrumptious!!
They certainly covered the UK with the Bonds: Sean Connery is Scottish. Roger Moore is English. Timothy Dalton is Welsh. *didn't know that* Pierce Brosnan is Irish.
Lesser known: David Niven? is English. *? as in what were they thinking?....he..a Bond?* ~Casino Royale~ AND George Lazenby is Australian. *Not British..not even UK* ~On Her Majesty's Secret Service~
So who from the UK has 'it' and would be Bond? Not Sure.... Maybe.... Hmmmm.... Don't Know.... Just Have To Really Concentrate On That.....

I'm not really comfortable with the girls...and yeah, Jeff's too nice to be Bond. Not all Bonds have to be British or Irish or anything.
