Alrighty! For those 'newbies' wandering around, wondering what on Earth the LPE is, and what it stands for, here's a quick introduction: This is the Longest Post Ever. In the original thread, the idea was to create the longest post ever, but now this has changed just to gaining a thread which is 100 pages long (and no, it shouldn't be LTE, it's tradition ). It's basically the main off-topic area of this board - anything (within reason) goes! To get an idea of what this is about, take a look at: LPE Part 1, LPE Part 2, LPE Part 3, LPE Part 4, LPE Part 5, LPE Part 6, LPE Part 7 and LPE Part 8One short introduction, to aid all 'newbies', courtesy of Islander!

Adam: Think of the word "annihilate". Then take away the 'an'. That's how you pronounce nihilism.

Near-ish to London. At one point ICWP was trying to work it out, trying to search me on the internet (it is possible), but he gave up, 'cause he has no staying-power . (And no, ICWP, please don't share my name with Adam. I don't want him searching me out ). And you do spam to some extent. By it's very nature, the LPE is off-topic, but you, well, just take it a step further.

I always thought you had an air of poshness about you, looking down at us Brummies. I propably would find you with your nameas I am a master searcher. I am naterally a manic conversationalist. P.S. whats this about choosing most things over lil old me? The Adam-myster.

Hmm. Poshness, ehh? Looking down at you, ehh? We'll see about that! (Lol, typical Northerner. Southerners leave Northerners alone, but Northerners always seem to pick on us : . As for the search, alright, you're on. But on one condition: I'll PM you my name, on the understanding that should you find my location (which you won't ), you'll PM it to me, I'll tell you if you're right, but then you'll tell no one, OK? For security .

Well, I also feel a bit cheated at having an unfinished LPE closed...
You'd best not mess with Islander, Adam. I found out he takes Kung Fu.
Then I shall state the fact that HA![/b]
Then why the bloody hell can you not converse with better spelling?

I smell a debate! Does anyone think coming from Birmingham classes you as a northener? P.S That Voynich manuscript is interesting. Could they not get the date from the paper and ink etc? Also I dont understand the history. People just happened to have it in their libarys and didnt care about it.
