Well, it seems I needn't have been so afraid of the spoilers anyway... They said right at beginning she'd die.
I have to say, that's the first ever tiem a dalek's actually been able to scare me (Whilst emerging from the Sphere.). Briefly, but wow. And huzzahimondigloopofizzers for the retrurn of Mickey! Ghosts actually being Cybermen, genius. "Her ankle's going" — "I'll show you where my ankle's going!" Brill. (As you can see, I also can't be bothered with a proper review, so I'm just commenting on random bits that come to memory). My only worry is that, when Rose is killed off, the story will stop following Jackie and Mickey "and co.". They're all great characters, it'd be a shame to lose them just because Billie Piper's leaving.

Methinks Jackie will be following Rose. Maybe Mickey as well. Alrighty, here's some random babble from me:
Anaglyph Glasses: Why oh why? The point?
Torchwood cheering the Doctor: Wow, talk about surreal. That was mind-bogglingly surreal, and yet I'm not quite sure why.
The Amry of Ghosts: Gah, the clue was in the title. You wouldn't have had an 'army' of civilians from another dimension, would you? The ghosts had to be bad.
Canary Wharf / Torchwood Tower: Hmm, not convinced.
Jackie Kidnapped by Doctor: Genius!
More random babble to come soon...

Are we on about the Doctor's "3D Glasses"? I found it HILARIOUS. Not entirely sure why, but... ...You're not supposed to be.

Yes, the 3D specs. Why? Is his vision a little too 2D, so he needs some Anaglyph glasses to fatten things up a bit?

I just saw it as a bit of surreal humour. The glasses just seem like the sort of thing that has so many uses humans aren't advanced enough to realize. Sort of a small Doccer Hoo equvilent to the Hitchhiker's towel.

I finally saw the continuation of Aliens of London last night yipee, they showed The Unquiet Dead. I remember watching Aliens of London on my way to Bali and leaving me with the intrigue...until yesterday. Good episode, I love the creepy music they use at the beginning of each episode teehee. I hope that once they finish showing season 27 they'll show season 28 with David Tennant ^^

27 and 28?
The series numbers are 1 & 2, as they're not really seen as continuations of the classic programme.

I think the creators have admitted that they're technically twenty seven and twenty eight, but they've been sort of 'nicknamed' one and two so as not to alienate newer viewers.

Hmm, strange, where did you get that from? RTD definitely sees it as a new series alltogether, and I'm sure that's how it's catalogued at the BBC.

I can't wait for today's episode! It looks brilliant, but I am going to scream if those rumors about Rose kicking the bucket are true, even though they probably are.

I think the only thing wrong with last weeks eposode is that everyone, including the boffins at Torchwood automaticly presumes that the Cybermen where ghosts to start with. Did they not think to test them? They had loads of cool equiptment testing the sphere but they just went "Look at them, they must be ghosts coz they look like ghosts." Im sure if they has used one of those machines they has they would have found traces of metal in the 'ghosts' eeven if they where not al-the-way into this world. They just went "Yup these are imprints of departed souls, even though souls may not exist, coming through a tear in Spacetime." GRR! Also the 3-D specs: I recken the Doctor had them so he could see the sphere froma differnt perspectyive. And since they filter light that could be plausable especially when he looked at the spacetime hole with the glasses.

Spoilers below: -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- My literal reactions to the final minutes - completly true, and I have witnesses to proove it: Rose and the Doctor are saying goodbye on the beach*already in floods of tears, volume of flood increases dramatically* Doctor on Tardis, and all of a sudden
CATHERINE TATE!!! *LAUGH OUT LOUD, and by loud, I mean very loud!*
Wow, that was one hell of a cliffhanger. Incredibly clever writing - very well done RTD Million things I liked / loved. Couple of things I didn't like: - Our universe was left at the end - what happened? - Why did the Yvonne Cyberman/woman have control of her own actions, whereas all other cybermen don't? Other than that, I give it, oh, around 20,000,000 out of 10 ;D

I nearly cried when Rose and the Doctor were saying goodbye!
